Josh joined through the OpenDesign Ambassador application while the team was introducing Open Design Cloud Agent, a simpler entry point to local-agent workflows.
His proposal focused on workshops for small and medium-sized businesses: begin with a branding deck, then carry the same direction into a landing page and social content. He wanted participants to leave with a useful result and enough understanding to repeat the process. That focus on first-time users led to his invitation into the ambassador community.

In OpenDesign’s Discord, Josh began answering practical questions. His short, specific replies moved workflows forward.

Josh connected his own Reasonix local-agent instance to OpenDesign. When the reasoning view did not behave as expected, he raised the question, tested the setup, restarted the environment, and reported when it began working again.
Josh treats troubleshooting as product work. Each rough edge he encounters may stop a newcomer later. By testing in public, he gives the team and community a clearer view of the onboarding experience.
Documentation can describe the happy path. A person in the community can notice where someone has fallen off it and help them return.
