FAQ
How should individuals and teams choose a plan?
All plans are subscriptions per workspace, with no separate individual or team edition. Choose Go, Plus, Pro or Max based on the model credits and concurrency your workspace needs.
Does inviting colleagues cost extra?
No. Every plan includes unlimited members and free invitations. Members share the workspace credits. Adding members adds no seat fees and does not increase credits or concurrent slots.
How do shared credits and concurrency work?
Tasks use the credits and concurrency of the workspace they start in. Go / Plus / Pro / Max allow 10 / 20 / 30 / 50 simultaneous tasks respectively, shared by all members.
Who can subscribe, upgrade or top up?
The workspace Owner can subscribe and upgrade. Owners of paid workspaces can also top up and enable auto top-up. Admins and members should contact their workspace Owner for these actions.
How do Design Plan bonus credits differ from plan-model credits?
Design Plan models share a credit pool, consumed first. Once exhausted, usage continues against plan-model credits. Go includes only Design Plan credits and no extra plan-model credits.

Which agents support OpenDesign API, and how do I connect?
Supports Codex, Claude Code, DSH, OpenCode and Hermes. Go to the OpenDesign Cloud console to configure an OpenDesign API key. It shares credits and usage windows with OpenDesign.

How do the plans differ? Can Free use hosted models?
Free workspaces also include free invitations. A new account’s default workspace gets $0.5 trial credits valid for 3 days, for DeepSeek V4.1 Flash only, including its API access. Top-up is unavailable. Paid models, credits and concurrency are shown on the plan cards.
Does the price change after the first-month offer?
Monthly plans can start with a first-month offer. The plan cards show the current first-month and renewal prices. The first-month offer applies only to new monthly subscriptions and once per account. Yearly billing does not use the first-month offer because it already has a lower monthly equivalent.
What is the difference between yearly and monthly billing?
Yearly billing charges once for the full year at the lower monthly equivalent shown on each plan card. Monthly billing renews each month and can use the first-month offer. Yearly plans renew annually.
What happens when monthly credits run out? Do they roll over?
OpenDesign model credits are granted by billing cycle. They reset each cycle and unused credits do not roll over. When credits run out, you can upgrade, enable auto top-up, or use BYOK provider keys to keep calling models without spending OpenDesign credits.
How does auto top-up work?
Paid workspace Owners can set a balance threshold, top-up amount and monthly cap. Auto top-up runs below the threshold. Topped-up credits are shared and never expire. It stops at the monthly cap or when the plan expires.
What is BYOK? Do all plans support it?
BYOK means Bring Your Own Key: add your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or other provider API key and call provider models directly. BYOK does not consume OpenDesign balance and is available on every plan, including Free.
How are credits and charges handled after a plan change?
You can upgrade tiers or switch the same tier from monthly to yearly. Downgrades and changing tier and interval together are unavailable. Upgrades apply immediately; unused time is prorated and checkout shows the final charge. A new cycle starts that day with full new-tier credits. Old plan credits expire; top-up balance remains.
Can I cancel a subscription anytime?
Yes. Canceling stops renewal but does not end current benefits immediately. The paid period remains usable until it ends, then the account returns to Free. Yearly cancellations keep benefits through the current yearly period and do not trigger a refund.
