Connect image, video, and audio providers
Add media credentials only for the services your project needs. A model-chat connection does not configure every media service.
Decide whether you need a media service
A code-based animation can be rendered locally to MP4 without a video-generation API key. Configure a media provider when the task needs generated images, video footage, speech or another external asset. Rendering an existing animation and generating new media are separate operations.
Configure a provider
- Open Settings → Media providers.
- Choose the relevant service.
- Enter that service's API key and any required base URL or model ID.
- Use View docs to confirm supported models and account permissions.
- Check the saved state, then Refresh providers to read the configuration back.
The installed app may show an old Save hint even when the current form saves automatically. Confirm the actual saved state rather than looking for a button that is not present.
For hosted image generation included in your plan, choose Image on Home and name an available model in your brief. You can ask several available models for separate results to compare. Models and resolution limits depend on the plan; Go excludes hosted image-model calls. With your own media key, check the provider account instead.
Keep accounts and permissions aligned
Keys from different services are not interchangeable. Confirm that the media model is enabled for the account and that any separate media quota or billing is available. A successful text-model test does not prove image, voice, or video access.
When a task fails on an asset
Identify the media service named in the error. Check its key, endpoint, model ID, quota, and network access. Ask the agent to preserve the existing project and retry the failed asset or render, rather than rebuilding unrelated scenes.
